1. The agreement

These terms are between you and Tauraruwa TV ("we", "us") and cover the Tauraruwa TV app and website (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

3. Plans and payment

4. What you may do with the content

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream the content in the app on your own devices for private, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

The content and the service belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free; titles may be added or removed, and we may update the app and require you to install updates to keep using it.

6. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see how). We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or puts others at risk. If we end an account without a breach by you, we will refund the unused part of a paid plan.

7. Our responsibility

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for problems caused by your device, your network or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing takes away your rights as a consumer under Nigerian law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters we will tell you in the app or by email before it starts; using the service afterwards means you accept it.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact us first so we can try to settle any problem; if we cannot, the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction.
